Neighbors Helping Neighbors
The City of West Burlington Iowa is offering a Pilot Program of neighbors helping neighbors that is intended to assist seniors and people with disabilities with tasks such as shoveling snow, mowing grass, etc. This program is for people who are not physically able to do such tasks and do not have the resources such as family, friends, or a hired service.
This Program will only be able to operate if the volunteer capacity exists to support such a service.
