West Burlington Swimming Pool

The City of West Burlington is currently seeking energetic and reliable individuals to fill our seasonal positions at the West Burlington Swimming Pool from May - August. Positions include: Lifeguard/Admission Staff and Swimming Pool Manager.

Lifeguards/Admission Staff – Salary starts at $10.00 per hour and increases depending upon experience. Lifeguard Training, CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer, Standard First Aid, WSI - Recommended.  Must follow and enforce safety guidelines to ensure the safety of guests in the water and the surface surrounding the pool deck.

Swimming Pool Manager/Assistant Manager –Individuals will manage a municipal swimming pool, swimming pool staff, admissions, and associated concession/vending area. Must possess supervisory experience, excellent communication and customer relations skills.  Salary dependent upon qualifications.  Lifeguard Training, CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer, Standard First Aid, WSI - Preferred.
